We offer a relaxed and gracious dining experience and try to bring you the freshest items from local farms in the tri-state area. Simmons' Way has an inviting ambiance highlighted in the nationally acclaimed Hoag Dining Room which features seasonal game, tableside service, and a rotation of over 300 entree items prepared by Chef Michael Myers, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Grand Cru wines, including first growth vintages, antique silver table service and hand blown oil lamps provide thoughtful touches for a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is open to the public by reservation.
